All materials sourced and supplied by RFI are billed at cost + 25%. Builder-supplied material must be on-site and staged at scheduled start.
$150 minimum applies to all jobs. Small add-on scopes under 1 hour may be combined with same-day work to meet minimum.
One trip included per scheduled job. Return trips for rework caused by other trades billed at $100/trip mobilization fee.
When supplier delivery is required, the delivery fee is passed through at exact cost — no markup. Materials are billed separately at cost + 25%. Both are itemized on your estimate.
Mon–Sat · 7am–6pm. 24-hour notice preferred for scheduling changes. Emergency availability on request.
