Warranty

Backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty.

Every installation is warranted against workmanship defects for two years. If Retro Fit’s installation labor is the cause, we come back and make it right — the standard you should expect from owner-operated work by a licensed Arizona finish carpenter (AZ ROC #346885).

What the warranty covers

Retro Fit installation labor and workmanship — doors, casing, trim, and hardware set plumb, level, aligned, and operating as installed. If a covered workmanship issue appears within two years, we return and correct it.

What it does not cover

Materials and manufacturer defects, customer-supplied products, normal wood movement and settling, water or moisture damage, abuse or misuse, and any work later modified by others. Product warranties are handled by the manufacturer.
